Installing MIDlets using PC-to-phone email

If your phone is configured to read emails and can also download and view email attachments, you may be able to utilize this to install Java MIDlets.

Simply download the JAD and JAR files for the MIDlet you require from this site to your PC. Next, create a blank email in your PC's email program, add the JAD and JAR files as attachments, and send it to the email address that your phone uses. On the phone, download the email, taking whatever extra steps might be required to also download the attachments to the phone. Try viewing the JAD - if your phone is set up to install MIDlets in this way, it'll offer you the option to install. If not, try viewing the JAR, as some phones only require the JAR for installation.

Note that some phones cannot install MIDlets this way - they're simply not set up to receive MIDlets as email attachments.
